CrossFit members are a team that supports one another.  This is more than a place to exercise; it is a place where we all try to better ourselves.  With the team environment not only is there more accountability but enjoyment increases, there is much more energy, and people tend to work harder when there are others working just as hard around them.

Foundations:   All new members must first enroll in our Foundations Course.  The FOUNDATIONS program will expose new members to the fundamental movements in a small group setting.  The emphasis of Foundations is to develop your skill level in our basic movements and Olympic lifts.  We place a huge emphasis on technique and dynamic range of motion to help keep you safe and to prepare you for the intensity of the group classes.  Foundations are mandatory and you must attend all the classes.  Foundations consists of 3 small group training sessions that meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evening at 6:30 pm.

Private foundations instruction is available.  Email or call for info.

Membership:   Membership entitles you to attend an unlimited number of WODs and can be cancelled provided we have written notice 30 days in advance of your membership billing date.  After your first month we offer month to month, 6 month or 12 month rates.  Exceptions can be made for military personnel or students who may be leaving town.  Please email us if you are in this situation.

Bootcamp is three days a week on a month to month basis.  It takes place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 6am.  Foundations ARE NOT required prior to starting bootcamp.  Each Bootcamp session has a limit of only 15 participants on a first come/first served basis.

INTENSITY WARNING – “It is imperative that someone new to CrossFit takes the first month to learn the movements, if they’re not already intimate with them, and establish consistency before increasing intensity.  If you can get through the workouts for one month straight without falling apart, then we recommend that you up the intensity a little the following month.  If you throw yourself at this task 100% from day one, these workouts will chew you up and swallow you whole.  I promise it.  Don’t be misled by the workouts’ brevity.  The tougher you are the harder you’ll go down, guaranteed.” – Greg Glassman, CrossFit Founder
