Not knowing the WOD ahead of time…………..

is part of the CrossFit philosophy.  Remember we are training and preparing for the unknown.  If you don’t know the WOD ahead of time, don’t freak out.  You can do this.

We’re having issues with the WOD page.  It should be fixed within the next day or two.  Here is Friday, February 8th’s WOD:

5 x 5 Clean and Jerk.  Then EMOTM for 16 minutes: 2 Squat cleans (go heavy), 5 Burpees.

Class change this week only….

Both Tony and Gus are going out of town so there will not be specialty classes this week.  In place of lifting and mobility there will be the regularly scheduled WOD at 7pm on Tuesday and Thursday.
